We encourage any concerns relating to the safety, health or wellbeing of a child or children at a Sesame Lane centre to be reported to us. Concerns can be reported by:

1 Speaking to the Service Manager

2 By contacting our Area Manager Team at Sesame Lane Head Office via telephone on (07) 3480 8000

3 By writing to us via email to: protect@sesamelane.com.au

You can choose to remain anonymous, but it would be of great help if we could contact you for more information about your concern. If you report a concern to Sesame Lane, we will make sure the right person is informed so we can respond appropriately.  Some concerns may also be reported to the relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency in accordance with legislative reporting obligations.
