Garlic & Feta Dip

Ingredients

For the dip:

  • 400gm Danish Feta at room temprature
  • 125gm Philadelphia Cream Cheese at room temprature
  • ¼ tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 3 tbs olive oil

Accompaniment, to scoop up the delicious dip! Vegetable sticks of your choice. We love carrot, capsicum & celery.
Cucumber, snow peas, cherry tomatos, green beans or any other vegies you love will work perfectly and add colour to your platter.

Method

  • Place all dip ingredients except olive oil into a food processor and blitz on high for 10 seconds or until smooth.
  • Scrape down the sides and quickly blitz one more time.
  • With the motor running slowly, pour the olive oil through the feeder then blitz until the dip is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with accompaniment of your choice!
