Overview

Sesame Lane is holding a promotion to find new and innovative ideas which can be implemented to improve upon our programs and/or practices. Sesame Lane are collecting ideas from our employees via email. The finalists will be judged by the Sesame Lane Operations team. The winner will be judged by the attendees at the Sesame Lane Staff Conference. One employee deemed the winner will be gifted a Mazda 2 Manual car.

Entry Criteria

Entries need to meet the following criteria:

~ What is the idea.

~ What inspired and influenced the idea.

~ How this idea will make a difference for Sesame Lane families, children, and/or community.

~ How this idea lifts the delivery of the National Quality Standards.

~ How this idea will assist Families, Children or Educators in their day-to-day practices.

~ How this idea will establish a point of difference for Sesame Lane.

Each entry will be reviewed by a selection committee made up of Sesame Lane Operations staff and finalists judged on the following factors:

~ Impact of difference it will make to Sesame Lane families, children, staff, and community.

~ Potential influence on the delivery of the National Quality Standards across services.

~ Creativity of idea.

Promotional Period

Entries submitted outside of the promotional period will not be accepted.

Finalists names will not be announced prior to the winner being announced, allowing for voting to me non-biased.

Draw and Venue

The winning entrant will be decided via live online vote at the Sesame Lane Conference.

The votes will be registered via surveymonkey.com.au

The Winner will be announced at the Sesame Lane conference being held on Saturday 16^th October 2021.

Pilpel Restaurant, Corner Sutton Street & Creek Street, Redcliffe QLD 4020.

Prizes

We have a runners up prize pool of $3,000 which will be split between runners up. The percentage of cash prizes awarded to runners up will be dependent on how closely the submission meets the entry criteria.

One overall winner will receive 1 x Mazda 2 G15 pure manual valued at $21,933.

The prizes are not redeemable or transferable for cash.

Eligibility Conditions

Entry is only open to current employees of Sesame Lane Pty Ltd.

The number of entries per employee is not limited (i.e. an employee may submit more than one entry).

Each entry must be submitted separately.

Service Managers, Area Managers and any employees classified as Operations and Head Office employees are not eligible to enter in this promotion.

By entering a submission, you agree to have your name and the Sesame Lane centre you attend published in print and digital communication, advertising & social media via Sesame Lane and via third parties.

By entering a submission, you agree to being photographed and filmed which will be published on digital platforms including social media and shared via third parties.
