Colleen is a passionate and values-driven leader who believes that strong relationships sit at the heart of everything she does. Her leadership style is grounded in kindness, curiosity, and genuine connection, recognising that when people feel supported and valued, they are able to do their best work.
Colleen places a strong focus on the wellbeing of her team, striving to create a workplace culture where educators feel heard, respected, and encouraged to grow. She is deeply committed to walking alongside her team as they support children and families, ensuring care and education are delivered with empathy, professionalism, and purpose.
With a deep understanding of the responsibility that comes with working in early childhood education and care, Colleen values the balance between maintaining high standards and fostering a positive, joyful working environment. She believes that while the work we do is serious and impactful, there is always room for warmth, laughter, and moments of joy in the way we work together.

Jenna Morris Educational Leader
With over 17 years’ experience in early childhood education, Jenna is a passionate Educational Leader who believes strong relationships and thoughtfully designed environments are the foundation of meaningful learning.
Guided by intentional and reflective practice, Jenna supports educators to create purposeful, engaging spaces that nurture children’s curiosity, confidence, independence, and wellbeing. She is deeply committed to building genuine connections with children, families, and the wider community, and champions learning as a journey shaped by observation, relationships, and each room’s unique culture.
Melanie Dunn Nursery Lead Educator
Melanie holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and brings 14 years of experience in the early childhood sector. She is deeply passionate about supporting children’s individual growth and development, and finds great joy in guiding and celebrating children as they build new skills and reach important milestones.
Melanie values building strong, caring, and trusting relationships with both children and their families, recognising these connections as essential to creating supportive and meaningful learning environments.
Maddy Goodger Nursery Lead Educator
Maddy holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and brings 10 years of experience in the early childhood sector. She is passionate about working alongside children who bring creativity, curiosity, and joy into each day.
Maddy values building strong, positive partnerships with families and believes collaboration is key to supporting the best learning journey for every child. Having recently relocated from Victoria, she is enjoying all that Queensland has to offer and brings fresh energy to her role.
Jessica Candy Nursery Lead Educator
Jessica has been working in early childhood education since 2020 and holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, while currently studying towards her Diploma. She has a strong passion for working in the Nursery and finds great joy in supporting babies as they grow, develop, and reach important milestones.
Jessica values being part of children’s earliest learning moments and loves celebrating each achievement alongside them, finding deep fulfilment in nurturing and supporting children during these precious early years.
Melanie Edwards Toddlers Lead Educator
Melanie brings six years of experience in early childhood education and finds great fulfilment in supporting and nurturing young children during their early years. As a mother of two, she brings both personal insight and professional care to her role, deepening her understanding of children’s development and wellbeing.
Melanie values the importance of social and emotional learning and is passionate about creating environments where children feel supported to explore, learn, and grow. She feels honoured to work in partnership with families and is grateful for the trust placed in her to care for their children.
Cheyenne Langens Junior Kindy Lead Educator
Cheyenne holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and brings six years of experience in the early childhood sector. She is passionate about making a positive impact during the most important years of a child’s development.
Cheyenne enjoys creating engaging, play-based learning experiences, with a particular interest in creative arts, gardening, and sensory play. Her practice focuses on hands-on, messy learning experiences and building positive, respectful relationships.
She values strong partnerships with families and is committed to creating inclusive environments where children feel confident, curious, and cared for.
Caitlin Wilkinson Senior Kindy Lead Educator
Caitlin holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and is currently working towards her Bachelor qualification. She is deeply passionate about early childhood education and finds great joy in building meaningful connections with children and their families.
Caitlin values celebrating children’s milestones, individuality, and growth, and is committed to creating supportive environments where children feel encouraged, confident, and cared for as they learn and develop.
Jennifer Hewett Kindergarten Teacher
Jenny brings 11 years of experience in early childhood education and holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Teaching). She is passionate about supporting children through everyday moments of learning, growth, and self-discovery.
Jenny enjoys creating warm, safe, and engaging environments where children feel confident to explore and try new things. Building strong partnerships with families is central to her practice, and she values working together to support each child’s learning journey.
Kayla Huxley Kindergarten Teacher
Kayla is an Early Childhood Teacher with 20 years of experience and holds a Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Teaching. She is passionate about building warm, secure relationships with children and families and creating environments where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.
Kayla is committed to meaningful, play-based learning that nurtures confidence, emotional wellbeing, and each child’s unique learning journey. She also values embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into her practice, supporting children to develop cultural understanding and a strong connection to Country.
