Kymbelea Gielis
Service Manager
I started working in the Early Childhood sector in 1993 and commenced with Sesame Lane in 1994 where I have embraced a variety of roles in the childcare industry- as a Lead Educator, 2IC, Service Manager and Educational Leader. I have completed the Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services.
I love Inspiring, leading and mentoring peers to be the best possible Early Childhood Educators they can be. I like to challenging peers to think outside the box, drive change and celebrate their achievements.
Most importantly, I find it so rewarding to spend my day immersed in the joy of children engaged in play, thriving under the care of our team of Educators.
Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
I am a specialised OSHC leader with over 15 years’ experience in the sector. Forming open, honest, and trusting relationships with the children and their families are important to me.
I have a passion for building children up to become confident and independent individuals and believe it is important to provide physically safe yet challenging environments.
We provide play opportunities which is freely chosen, and the children’s ideas, interests and instincts form the foundation of our program. Providing choice to our children with free-flowing play in both indoor and outdoor environments allows autonomy for the children in our care.
Spending time with my family, Roy, Mya, and Angel is what I enjoy most. We also like to travel as a family and try to stay active by playing sports and walking our two dogs Kita and General.

Sonia Kerry Lead Educator & Sustainability Leader
Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
I am a proud OSHC Lead Educator and Sustainability Officer with over 15 years’ experience in the sector all at Sesame Lane School Zone.
As Sustainability Officer I have learnt alongside the children and strongly believe we need to educate our children and ourselves the importance of saving our planet. At School Zone we promote sustainability development with a focus on our natural waterways and the community in which we live. We aim to create positive practices that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meeting their own needs.
I encourage children to express themselves, interact and make positive choice is something I believe gives them a strong sense of self confidence. This teaches them a sense of belonging and self-respect.
My hobbies include shopping, and spending time with my beautiful grandchildren. I also love diamond art which my two dogs tend often knock over.
Rebekah Webster Lead Educator
I am a Diploma qualified lead educator in the OSHC sector with 4 years’ experience.
I believe all children have the right to a safe and happy environment that can enrich their learning. Providing safe but challenging environments for the children to thrive is what I aim for. I believe that children should feel safe, secure and supported.
We provide the children with the opportunity to freely chose what they would like to do and extend on their own interests. This enhances the daily running of our program and opens a world of opportunities for the children, families and educators.
I spend my free time with my family, Tom, Ryder and Jordan. Family is very important to me as I come from a large family and enjoy seeing them when I have the opportunity to as they live in various parts of New South Wales.

Shanelle is an exceptional Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator with a natural enthusiasm for working with children. Her inclusive approach is inspiring, and her ability to create a warm and caring atmosphere encourages children from all backgrounds to flourish.
Chloe Mills Educator
Chloe is an OSHC Educator that stands apart for her down-to-earth demeanor and unwavering honesty. Ever since she joined Sesame Lane, she has embodied the organization’s core values, fostering an inclusive learning environment while guiding children to reach their full potential. Her dedication to her work has not gone unnoticed, and in 2023, she won the highly coveted Sesame Lane Shining Star Award. Chloe’s approachable and caring nature towards children and her colleagues, coupled with her deep knowledge of child development, make her a shining example of what it means to be a true educator. For Chloe, the success and wellbeing of every child is her top priority, and it shows in everything she does.
