Meet Your Centre Manager
Kymbelea Gielis
Service Manager
Kymbelea began her career in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector in 1993 and joined Sesame Lane in 1994. Over the years, she has embraced a wide range of roles across the organisation, including Lead Educator, 2IC, Service Manager, and Educational Leader. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and brings decades of experience, knowledge, and dedication to her leadership.
Kymbelea is deeply passionate about inspiring, leading, and mentoring educators to be the very best they can be. She values reflective practice and enjoys challenging her peers to think outside the box, drive positive change, and celebrate their achievements. Supporting educators to grow professionally and confidently is a key focus of her role.
At the heart of Kymbelea’s work is her love for children. She finds great joy in seeing children immersed in play, learning, and thriving within nurturing environments supported by skilled and caring educators. She is passionate about supporting children to be the best they can be and believes that strong, supported teams create the foundations for exceptional outcomes for children and families.

Rebekah Webster Lead Educator
Rebekah (known as Miss Bek) brings over seven years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, with a strong background in OSHC. She also works in a relief capacity across Sesame Lane Early Education and Care services throughout the Moreton Bay Region. Rebekah holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
What Rebekah values most about working in OSHC is the positive impact she is able to have on school-aged children. She is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with children and their families, creating supportive environments where children feel connected, confident, and valued.
Shanelle Ebert Lead Educator
Shanelle brings over three years of experience in the OSHC sector and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science, which sparked her strong interest in child development. She is dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and engaging environments where children feel valued, confident, and empowered to thrive.
Chloe Mills Educator
Chloe is an OSHC Educator known for her down-to-earth nature, honesty, and genuine care for children and colleagues alike. Since joining Sesame Lane, she has consistently embodied the organisation’s core values, fostering inclusive learning environments that support children to reach their full potential.
Her dedication and passion were recognised in 2023 when she received the highly regarded Sesame Lane Shining Star Award. With a strong understanding of child development and a warm, approachable presence, Chloe is a wonderful example of what it means to be a committed and compassionate educator. The wellbeing and success of every child sit at the heart of her practice, guiding everything she does each day.
