Bec brings 18 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care and has held her Diploma qualification since 2008. She has a strong passion for working with children aged 0–2 and finds great joy in supporting them through their earliest years of life.

Bec values the opportunity to guide children as they grow, develop, and master new skills, supporting their emerging sense of identity and understanding of the world around them. She believes every child is capable and learns in their own time and rhythm. Through warm, nurturing relationships built on trust and respect, Bec creates calm and intentional environments where children can thrive. She is a strong advocate for cue-based care, recognising its powerful benefits for both children and the meaningful relationships formed between educators and families.

Stacey has been working in Early Childhood Education and Care since 2018, completing her Certificate III in 2019 and her Diploma in 2025. She has found her passion working with children aged 0–2, supporting them as they navigate the important early years of life.

Stacey is deeply committed to advocating for children who are not yet able to advocate for themselves. Her goal is for every child to feel safe, secure, and supported—not only within the early learning environment, but in their everyday lives. Through patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, Stacey builds trusting relationships with both children and their families, creating a nurturing foundation for growth and wellbeing.

Louise is a Diploma-qualified Early Years Educator who completed her studies in the UK over three years after leaving school. She brings more than 20 years of experience to her role, having worked in both the UK and Australia with children aged from six weeks to five years. Her background includes roles in early learning centres as well as providing one-on-one care as a nanny.

Louise is passionate about creating fun, safe, and engaging environments that support each child’s individual development. She values offering meaningful learning experiences and feels privileged to support children as they grow, explore, and reach new milestones. Being part of a child’s early learning journey is something she finds deeply rewarding.

Angel is a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator who began her journey with Sesame Lane as a school-based trainee. She brings over five years of experience in the early childhood sector and finds great joy in supporting children as they learn and grow.

Angel believes that every child is an individual and is committed to recognising and nurturing each child’s strengths, interests, skills, abilities, and knowledge to extend their learning. She strives to create environments grounded in honesty, empathy, positive attitudes, and integrity, while promoting high-quality care and building strong, meaningful connections with children and their families—because she believes connection is key.

Chloe brings seven years of experience in Early Childhood Education, all of which have been proudly spent with Sesame Lane. She began her journey as a school-based trainee, progressed into a Room Leader role, and is now commencing the year with her fourth Kindergarten class. In early 2025, Chloe completed her Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education, further strengthening her knowledge and commitment to the sector.

Chloe is deeply passionate about early childhood education and values the meaningful relationships she builds with children and families. She finds great joy in connecting, guiding, and sharing laughter with children each day. A strong advocate for high-quality practice, Chloe is committed to supporting and mentoring educators while working collaboratively with families to meet individual needs. Her goal is to create nurturing, responsive, and inspiring learning environments where every child and every family feels supported and valued.
