INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup SR Flour
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup fruit: blueberry, strawberry, apple, pineapple, peach or whatever!
METHOD
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon
Pour into a greased cake tin.
Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ̊c or until golden on top.
TIPS
Change the milk to soy or oat or lactose-free or whatever your family needs.
Swap the sugar for Maple syrup
Swap the SR Flour for SR Gluten Free Flour
