- 2 avocados
- 1⁄2 cup Philadelphia cream cheese
- Tsp lemon juice
- Pinch garlic powder
- Pinch of Mexican chilli powder
- 1⁄4 tsp of taco seasoning
Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash in a bowl.
Add the cream cheese, lemon juice and seasoning and whisk together until smooth. You can also use a food processor to make this job quick and easy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve with vegetable sticks and crackers of choice.
