Chat with our passionate Educators who are dedicated to cultivating an environment where joys of fresh produce and the pride of a nurturing community weave seamlessly into the curriculum.

Our Kindergarten class is no stranger to adventure, embarking on journeys of discovery during our wildly popular Bush Kindy sessions. Local flora and fauna serve as their textbooks, as they learn through hands-on nature encounters in our local Kippa-Ring bushland. Our little explorers are eager to suit up for their on-site swimming lessons in our heated plunge pool.

About Bree

Proudly, I have been with Sesame Lane for over 14 years having commenced my career in Early Childhoold Education as a school based trainee. Throughout my career I have engaged in every position within a service, and I have learnt so much within my profession. I am currently studying my Bachelor of Early Education and I strive to continue to inspire, learn and grow.

I have a high passion for early education, ensuring all families and children feel included and are supported using a variety of methods and teaching styles. I believe that every child has a right to an education and through using an attachment theory, I understand the importance of building relationships with both our children and families.

I love working collaboratively with my educators, supporting, training and guiding them to learn and grow within their career and give our children the best possible start to their education. I strive to create positive outcomes and meet all the needs of others, because I believe for them to be able to use their full potential all their needs, need to be met. I strive to encourage positivity, creativity, meaningful engagements and provide pedagogical driven curriculums for our children and educators

Our Kippa Ring – Anzac Avenue Kids Early Learning Centre

Sesame Lane Kippa Ring – Anzac Avenue is a smaller boutique centre offering an extensive plant to plate program for children of all ages. Our large community gardens provide herbs, vegetables and fruit to our kitchen regularly. We have a strong focus on sustainability and sustainable practices embedding in children a love of our environment and how to care for our planet.

Karla Sturrock Teacher (Kindergarten)

I have been working for Sesame Lane for 12 years and I have completed the diploma of children’s service’s and Bachelor of Teaching (Primary & Early Childhood). I’m the Teacher in the Kindergarten room at Kippa Ring – Anzac Avenue.

The favourite part of my job is seeing the children’s happy little faces when I arrive each morning, feeling excited to see me.

On the weekends I love to spend time quality time with my family, going bush walking or going to the beach.

Gabrielle Eadie Lead Educator, Junior Kindy

I started my career in the Early Learning Sector with Sesame Lane in 2016, when I was given the opportunity to complete my schooling and Certificate 111 in children’s services at the same time as a School Based Trainee. Working with children really is my calling and I have worked my way up to currently being the the Lead Educator in the Junior Kindy room at Kippa Ring Anzac Avenue.

I currently hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Through my role I am a passionate educator and love working alongside children whilst seeing them grow into confident and happy learners each day at the service. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family and friends.
