With 19 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, Liesl is passionate about supporting children, families, and educators to achieve the best possible outcomes. Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, she has built extensive experience across a range of leadership roles, including Director, Service Manager, Compliance Manager, and Nominated Supervisor.
Liesl believes the early years provide the foundation for lifelong learning, development, and wellbeing. She is committed to creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel valued, develop confidence, and build a lifelong love of learning through play-based experiences.
