Flexible Session Hours

From 2nd July 2018, Sesame Lane introduced new sessions which are available to all families. When booking in for long day care or vacation care, you can choose one of two session times to suit your families needs:
9 hour session - 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
12 hour session - full day Service opening hours.

Daily Fees

Our daily fees depend on your child's age and the location of your Sesame Lane Service. If you have your CCS percentage and your eligible hours we can give you a daily fee estimate over the phone, please contact us.

Child Care Subsidy

All families using an approved early childhood facility within Australia may be eligible to apply to Centrelink for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) which can be obtained through the Family Assistance Office.  You can find out more about your eligibility for CCS here.

Before you can apply for CCS, you must have a Centrelink online account. If you don't have one, you can open an account here.

Sesame Lane Accounts

We use a direct debit system called Ezidebit. This system offers our families payment security, as direct debit is one of the safest ways to pay your bills and also offers the convenience of ensuring your account is paid on time without the hassle of having to manually process the payment yourself. This service is completely flexible and will be set up to suit your preferred payment cycle.  All fees must be kept one week in advance at all times, and any account in arrears as at 11am each Friday will be charged a late payment fee.
